The August 30, 2019 letter is addressed to me, as one of 5 elected UBID Trustees. There is nothing confidential in the Minister’s letter and it contains pertinent information which is of Public Interest. The letter should have been posted on UBID’s website on Friday morning August 30, 2019, when it was received.
